The first paragraph of the constitution tells us to give people welfare benefits:
- We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
The first amendment gives us the freedom to get together and say this stuff:
- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Guns for the Homeless is a well regulated militia. we secure the homeless people of the state. The second amendment was written with us in mind:
- A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The fourteenth amendment tells us that all people born in the US have the same rights are every body else which would include gun ownership:
- All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The sixteenth amendment means that the government can charge Americans taxes then use the money to provide homes for the homeless:
- The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
As you can see, we wish to live according the the constitution. Even though homeless people get the least the US has to offer they still get so much. I am sure they are willing to fire their gun at people if they believe it defends the constitution. we are patriots. You would have to be a hate America firstificating judicial activist to get in our way.

Wow! Michael Moore had an idea to put the homeless in storage (he had that short-lived TV show "The Awful Truth"). It actually worked pretty well, though I don't imagine it was a long-term solution. But this is MUCH better. Somebody tell Michael Moore, he's now lame.
